Lay a wonton wrapper inside the cup of a muffin tin. Brush it with a little melted butter.
Lay another wonton wrapper on top of the one in the tin, but give it a half-turn so you’ll have eight corners sticking up. Brush this one with a little melted butter, as well.
Use the rest of the wonton wrappers this way so you’ll have 12 wonton cups in the muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, just so the tips are slightly golden brown in color. Set aside to cool.
Spread a teaspoon of the strawberry jam into the bottom of each wonton cup. Then, fill the cup with the Jell-O instant lemon pudding while it is still somewhat in the liquid stage. Place in refrigerator to let the pudding set up.
When it’s time to serve, place a few cooled blueberries on top of each cup and sprinkle on a little confectioner’s sugar. This makes a great presentation at any meal and is a taste sensation.
