Instructions:
Chop the chilled chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and place them into a large bowl. Add the Brussels sprouts, carrot slices, nuts, mayonnaise, salsa, garlic salt and pepper. If you’re going to use the grape tomatoes and chopped eggs add them at this time, too. Toss well to get everything nicely coated with the sauce and all ingredients distributed well.
I dish this up just like that but you can dress it up by placing some lettuce leaves on the serving plate, then putting the salad on top. Serve with some party-type crackers or good potato chips on the side. It’s a cool and refreshing salad you can complete and serve without heating up the kitchen on a warm day.
