Makes 4-6 servings 4 slices bacon 1 (28 ounces) can pork and beans 1 small onion, diced 4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed 4 cups sorghum syrup 4 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon dry mustard

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes. Stir together beans and next 6 ingredients in a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Top with bacon slices.
