In large bowl, combine rolled oats, unbleached flour, soy flour and baking powder. Add soymilk, blend. Fold in bananas.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot nonstick griddle or pan. Cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and cook for another minute.
Serve with maple syrup, fruit spread or applesauce.
