Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In your mixing bowl start with the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and then add your chocolate chips. Stir it together as best you can.
In another bowl combine the milk, oil and egg and stir together well. Add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and stir to make a rough batter. It won’t be smooth, so don’t worry about it.
Use those paper muffin cups and place them into your muffin pans. Fill them about two-thirds full with the batter. Mix together the white and brown sugars and sprinkle some of this mixture on top of each muffin.
It will take maybe 25 minutes of baking at 400 degrees to get perfectly-done muffins. You’ll like these, as they sure are good.
