Halderman Real Estate welcomes Kathie Wittmer to firm

Halderman Real Estate and Farm Management welcomes Kathie Wittmer as an area representative in Northwestern Indiana.
As a native of the Northwest Indiana region, Wittmer grew up in a multigenerational farming family. She began her real estate career working in short sale transactions and bank dispositions for a local firm’s residential division. This experience led her to a passion for real estate and working with people. She was inspired by her experience to go back to school and attend Indiana Wesleyan University, earning her Bachelors of Science with a major in business management. While earning her degree, she also began working on her appraisal licensing. She is currently working to acquire her Certified General Appraisal License for the State of Indiana and is excited to jump into auctions and private sales as she grows within the company.
“The Halderman Companies are pleased to welcome Kathie Wittmer to their team of farmland professionals. Kathie combines five years of appraisal experience with 16 years of real estate sales and acquisitions work. Kathie allows the Halderman Companies to expand our appraisal services in Northwest Indiana in volume and scope, capitalizing on her commercial, retail and land appraisal experience. She is a proven expert who knows agriculture and the unique markets in northwest Indiana.” said Howard Halderman, president, Halderman Real Estate Services, Inc.
Wittmer is ready to help farmers and investors with their real estate needs in Northwestern Indiana.
