ILLINOIS
March 30: A seminar in Princeton, Ill. will focus on pasture and forage management for sheep and goats. The seminar will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Bureau County Extension Unit. Registration is $7 per person or $10 per family or farm, and is due March 26. INDIANA

March 23: Ohio producers, processors and growers can learn how to sell to retailers, restaurants and institutions by participating in a training session offered by the Ohio Department of Agriculture’s Ohio Proud program at the Greene County Fairgrounds in Xenia, Ohio. March 30-31: Ohio State University will host an intensive course for people involved in large-scale composting in Wooster, Ohio at the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center.
